Description:	Bottle filling plants WILD GOOSE Meheen M6 2400bph used machine Glass Bottle Filling Block Wild Goose Meheen M6 - 2400 bph – 2015 Wild Goose glass bottle filling block for beer, cider, cocktails, carbonated and non-carbonated soft drinks, kombucha, wine and other beverages. The filling block consist of Meheen M6 counter pressure filler with six filling nozzles, crown cab sorter, rinser, bottle crapper plate for standard long neck glass bottles and a large hopper for crow cap feeding. This Meheen M6 filler block was manufactured in year 2014 and it has been filling totally approx 2 million bottles beer. Full maintenance done by UK based Oasthouse Enginering Ltd, Wild Goose authorised service company in 2021, and approx 40 000 bottles done after last maintenance. Meheen fillers are designed for specific type bottles only and this uses 330ml standard long neck bottles with 26mm crown cap. Wild Goose Meheen filling systems all processes are pneumatically powered, with no motors, gears or bearings to maintain for long-term durability and low annual maintenance costs. Counter pressure filler has CO2 double pre-evacuation for cleaning air from bottles before filling and adjustable CO2 rapid pulse before crowning for foam removal. Responsive auto-fill detection monitors inlet pressure at the start of every fill cycle and then automatically adjusting fill levels based on any pressure changes. Semi-automatic rinser is activated when bottle crapping plate is inserted in to rinser and water flow is cut when bottles are moved for filling. Meheen filling block is controlled with a user-friendly full-colour touchscreen HMI with Wild Goose software which allows both automatic and manual operation.
