WEBSTERS jacketed 316 grade stainless steel process vessel 2.0m dia x 2.56m effective depth, gross capacity approx 7729 litres. Vessel has a dished top and a dished bottom with product outlet. The vessel is rated at atmospheric pressure @ 150C, the stainless steel heating jacket is rated at 10.34 Bar design pressure at 150C. Top mounted anchor style scraped surface agitator in combination with a contra rotating two stage mixer with 4 turbine blade pitched at 45, driven by two motors; 2.5kw 415v E4461673 143-1430rpm variable speed gearbox and a 6.8kw 415v 142-1420rpm via variable speed gearboxes. The vessel is mounted onto a painted steel frame. Previously used on personal care products.
