Semiautomatic filling machine designed for aseptic filling of liquid products in bags with a cap. Process description: taking off the cap, filling by magnetic flow transmitter for counting liters and automatically placing the cap back on the bag. Placing the bags has to be done manually. The machine is multifunctional for small and large volumes: 2 - 1,200 liters bag-in-box, bag-in-drum, buckets or sterile containers. Dry sterilization by v4410700 steam. Includes roller conveyor, height adjustable and fold-out table. Control cabinet and PLC control system.
