ZERMA GSE 700 plastic granulator machine manufactured in 2018, is used in the processing of lightweight plastics such as PE, PP or PVC. The granulator has a specially shaped hopper with splash protection, inside of which there are fixed knives and a rotor with knives arranged in a ‘V’ shape. The rotor is driven by a slide-rail-mounted electric motor with tension-screw adjustable V-belts. The ZERMA GSE 700 plastic granulator machine can even cope with larger pieces of plastic, such as lumps and film rolls, thanks to the use of a deflecting wedge and block knives to prevent the rotor from blocking. All of the machine’s components are mounted on a base frame, fitted with mounting pads to dampen noise and vibration.
