The Urschel Model GK slicer allows you to cut ripe, soft fruit and crispy root vegetables in a variety of ways. These include classic even cubes, stripes, posts and straight and wavy patches, and even three-dimensional shapes with four wavy and two flat surfaces. The device is especially recommended for cutting wavy potato fries.

Due to the direct contact with the food product, the equipment is equipped with high-quality parts made of stainless steel. The notch works smoothly, does not jam, offering an uninterrupted work cycle. Experienced Urschel specialists have made sure that the device is easy not only to use, but also to clean and maintain.

Equally important, buyers of this ice maker get a wide range of interchangeable cutting parts. Thanks to this, it is possible to obtain delicate, clean cuts in a large range of sizes. Additionally, the machine can be equipped with any cutting size: 3/8″, 7/16″, 1/2″, 5/8″, 7/8″. Please note that the maximum input product dimensions should not exceed 140 mm (5-1/2) in any direction. This is necessary for the device to function properly and to ensure satisfactory quality.

How does Urschel Model GK work?

The sliced vegetable is placed in the impement tank. There it is moved and moves towards the slicer blade. It then passes through adjustable slots where, if the product is to be cut into strips, it meets the transverse blade and then, if the goal is to get a cube, the longitudinal blade. Finally, the vegetable, after processing, goes to a container or conveyor belt, further to the production line or for packaging. The E4461673 whole procedure is fast and very efficient.

It is also worth mentioning the dimensions and power of the machine. Its width is 1167 mm. length 1873 mm and height 1251 mm. The weight of the device is 350 kilograms, and the power is 1.5 kilowatts. This information is necessary to properly plan the purchase, e.g. determine a suitable place in the plant where you will be able to set up and connect the cube-to-cube.
