These include classic even cubes, stripes, posts and straight and wavy patches, and even three-dimensional shapes with four wavy and two flat surfaces. The device is especially recommended for cutting wavy potato fries. Due to the direct contact with the food product, the equipment is equipped with high-quality parts made of stainless steel. The notch works smoothly, does not jam, offering an uninterrupted work cycle. Experienced Urschel specialists have made sure that the device is easy not only to use, but also to clean and maintain. Equally important, buyers of this ice maker get a wide range of interchangeable cutting parts. Thanks to this, it is possible to obtain delicate, clean cuts in a large range of sizes. Additionally, the machine can be equipped with any cutting size: 3/8″, 7/16″, 1/2″, 5/8″, 7/8″. Please note that the maximum input product dimensions should not exceed 140 mm (5-1/2) in any direction. This is necessary for the device to function properly and to ensure satisfactory quality. How does Urschel Model GK work? The sliced vegetable is placed in the impement tank. There it is moved and moves towards the slicer blade.
