There are 12 Comitrol processors to meet production requirements and offer many configuration possibilities thanks to a wide range of power and evacuation devices. Each model is designed for a unique and continuous passage that does not require the intervention of an operator.

Dimensional reduction is accomplished by cutting the product without any contact between two metal parts. The absence of random movement of the particles ensures a grinding of high efficiency in a single pass.

The Comitrol model 1700 processor can receive all three types of reduction heads (shown on the left). It is recommended for fluid, dry and semi-wet products such as textured vegetable proteins, peanut butter, flour and cheese.

Various consistencies ranging from dry products to liquids to pasty products.
Precise reduction in particular up E4446413 to a few microns.
Large number of applications to a wide range of products.
