Classic Czech compact 11HL two-vessel steam heated brewhouse with platform. Wort cooler included. Vessel 1: Mashing/boiling/whirlpool with mixer on the bottom. Steam heated with automatic temperature control. Vessel 2: Lauter (or filter) tun. Works much like a large sieve. It has rotating rake arms with a central drive unit. Cutting blades hang from these arms. Easy automatic expulsion of spent grain by a removable piece on the turning device. It pushes the spent grain through the door on the front. 1500L/h wort cooler.
