Romaco Fryma Koruma Dinex process mixing vessel suite in UNUSED condition comprising of the following:-
Main Process Vessel:
1300L scraped wall, contra rotating, jacketed, full vacuum +6bar. Bottom entry homogeniser mounted in vessel base unit which also houses the hydraulic raise/lower powerpack for the vessel lid, vacuum pump, centrifugal CIP pump, shrouded in stainless steel. 8 off top connections and level sensor, 300mm dia hinged safety interlocked chargeport with sightglass and light.
Scrape wall mixer 5kw, contra rotating mixer 4kw. 45kw 2865rpm homogeniser.

Additional vessels:
1300L jacketed premix vessel on load cells, scraped wall mixer with baffles. 400mm dia safety interlocked hinged chargeport with sightglass and light. 4 off top entry infeed connections, 3 stainless steel lobe pump mounted onto vessel framework, 4 outlet with pneumatic actuated valve.

100L powder phase vessel with pneumatic actuated hopper, mobile.

85L liquid phase jacketed mixing vessel, 3 blade radial mixer, jacket 6 bar pressure, mobile.

300L jacketed liquid phase vessel, 6 bar jacket pressure, 3 blade offset propellor style mixer, temp probe, 2 outlet valve with pneumatic actuator, 2,2kw mixer drive, mobile.

700L stainless steel liquid phase vessel, 5 off top connections, 400mm dia safety interlocked hinged chargeport, sightglass with wiper, light. 2 off sprayball systems, 2 outlet valve with pneumatic actuator.

Also included:
Stainless steel barrel drum pump, full pneumatic operation mounted in a full stainless steel enclosure. Full feature control panel with HMI, electrical panels, gantry with handrail/steps and all associated pipework. Full manuals and documentation pack included.
