For sale cnc milling plotter with a new 2.2kW electrospindle controlled by software. The machine works on the Mach3 Usb controller. HGR15 linear guides with linear carriages on all axes. This significantly increases the service life and precision of the system compared to supported shafts. After welding, the frame was milled from one fastening at the place where the linear guides were installed. The milling machine is equipped with a backlash compensation system on the drive bars on the x and y axes.
The machine is ideal for a carpentry modeling workshop or an advertising agency. Works on HPL, HDF, MDF, PLYWOOD, RUBBER, PMMA, WOOD, PVC, etc.
The drive of the x and y axes is carried out using racks with a module of 1.5 and Steinhoff gears. On the axis with a ball screw fi 16 pitch 5mm. Mounted stepper motors with planetary gears guaranteeing better work resolution and dynamics of returns as well as high torque (we obtain 16Nm for each axis). Possible disassembly of the machine (dismountable) to be moved through the door 85cm.
