With an electric arc metal sprayer, two metal wires are brought together at 300 amperes, melted and sprayed onto a substrate by a lot of compressed air. This works wonderfully down to the finest surfaces. You can experience an assembled system in operation with us, but you can't see much because the die head is moved in a cabin with the extraction. We used to have Sulzer systems that caused a lot of problems, but there were never any problems with the OSUCAS systems for sale here during the test period. The reason why we sell 5 of these systems is that this type of coating was too slow for us ... you can apply about 30 kg per hour and 300A power source. The support at OSUCAS is also great ... when YOU need help.

This metal spraying system consists of all the components necessary for operation:

OSUCAS OC300Corr power source with 300A (controller has potential-free contacts for higher-level controllers, etc.
