Olsa Process Mixing Suite:
2 off Olsa Pharmaceutical grade mirror polished 316 stainless steel vacuum mixer homogenising vessels. Full hydraulic raise/lower complete with electrical panels, touchscreen PLC controls, CIP pumps, diaphragm product discharge pumps, both vessels on load cell system, exceptional condition. Manuals/drawings included.

Vessel 1
Gross capacity 266L, full scraped wall 2.2kw anchor mixer, contra rotating mixer 1.1kw, bottom entry high speed homogeniser 7.5kw. Vessel rating 2.5bar plus full vaccum at 155 Degrees C. Jacket 4.5bar 155 degrees C. Full CIP system. 150mm dia hinged chareport with sightglass, vessel light. Numerous top dish connections, vacuum pressure gauge, 30mm dia outlet. Vessel dimensions 1.3m x 2m x 2.4m closed.
