The ITALMAC ONIX 3300 3AX aluminum profile machining center, manufactured in 2020 in Italy, is designed for drilling and milling aluminum profiles and profiles made of light steel alloys with a maximum length of 3300 mm, used in e.g. joinery. High precision and quality of machining is achieved thanks to the electro-spindle used in the machine, operating at a speed of up to 18,000 rpm and three interpolated axes (X, Y, Z), equipped with top-class brushless servomotors.


The milling machine for aluminum has a soundproof cabin, keeping all machine mechanisms free of dust and significantly reducing the noise level during machining. The equipment of the machining center includes, among others: eight-position magazine with quick tool change, angular head, modern CNC control with easy-to-use CAD/CAM software ITALSOFT VISUAL 3D and four positioning clamps. Milling machine for aluminum profiles worked only 600 hours, its condition is very good. The total weight of the machine is 1800 kg.
