ELWIK RT-C hot runner control system is a device for ensuring the right temperature during the injection process. The mould temperature controller, built in a panel system, adjusts temperature in the range from 0 to 500°C using a coding switch. The advanced technology and safety features included in the device guarantee uninterrupted and reliable operation of the mould temperature controller.

The P, PI, PID parameters are set automatically by the temperature controller to the injection moulding machine, thanks to an auto-adaptation function that ensures that the pre-set temperature is not exceeded. The heater is dried when the supply voltage is reduced, completely protecting it from burning out. The mould temperature controller is equipped with six heating zones with a 16 A load per zone, making it possible to process any type of plastic.
