Overview  Disposable glass line for wine and spirits: The Cortelazzi Fintec Arol filling line for non-refillable glass bottles was previously used to fill wine at a company in Spain. As the company’s sales volume has increased, the production capacity of the existing line is no longer sufficient, so it is being replaced by a new line. The bottles are cleaned, filled and capped in the rinser/filler/capper block. The bottles are then externally cleaned, dried and fitted with a capsule and label before being packed in a carton and palletized by hand. The line has been permanently well maintained.
