Birrificio Ziemann 400 HL / birra – max. 12 birre al giorno Birrificio realizzato da Ziemann nel 2000, 400 hl/birra, con filtro per ammostamento, realizzato da Meura nel 2000. Si tratta di un birrificio quasi completo, in grado di produrre vari tipi di birre a 700.000 hl / anno. Il birrificio dispone anche di una bottiglia di vetro a rendere (24.000 bph) e di una linea di riempimento delle lattine (30.000 cph) che saranno vendute separatamente. L'attrezzatura del birrificio è in buone condizioni, non smontata, ancora in funzione. Il birrificio è controllato dal sistema di controllo Braumat. La maggior parte dei controlli PLC è realizzata con Siemens Simatic serie S7 con controllo centrale via Ethernet.
