This machine is a mandrel
bending machine that was designed exclusively for the production of
pipe bends with pipes of 40 mm ? 90 mm outer diameter with a maximum
wall thickness of 20 mm or for processing solid materials up to 70 mm
outer diameter (max. section modulus 64.7 cm³) and is therefore
intended only for this purpose. Scope of delivery, machine equipment,
basic equipment ? Pipe length/usable length for mandrel bending: 3000
mm ? Radius range max. 270 mm ? Bending height 1050 mm ?
Electro-hydraulic drive ? Clockwise bending direction ? With hollow
shaft to achieve small radii ? Counter bearing rotates ? Rotates up to
180 degrees with a maximum tool radius of 270 mm ? Forward movement
controlled via hydraulic cylinder with pressure valve ? Retraction via
hydraulic cylinder ? Counter bearing opens wide so that the angle of
