- Vittoria semi-automatic roaster; roasting capacity per cycle: 60 kg. Cycle duration between 15/17 minutes. Electric panel, toasting cycle control with automatic unloading. Probes for temperature detection and the possibility to set and adjust the roasting curves;
- Opening toaster by compressed air control as well as emergency opening always controlled automatically for operator safety;
- Roasting drum internally connected to a water outlet, for fire safety, which can be operated automatically or manually;
- Methane burner;
- Film maker with continuous film expulsion system;
- Baltur smoke burner;
- Cooling tank with safety grid protection and suction circuit;
- Electro-pneumatic stone remover with silos, complete with suction fan;
- Stone removal silos capacity: two roasts (net 100 Kg);
- Electro-pneumatic stone removal silos unloading, bucket elevator to feed the E4461673 toasted silos;
- Silo battery for roasted coffee, square-shaped, with 6 compartments, maximum capacity 300 kg per compartment, compartment selection distributor;
- Compressor for all pneumatic movements.

All components of the electronic part have been purchased double, and therefore spare parts are available (temperature regulator, relay, pt100 probe, connection cables, display and various switches).
