Vertical axis grinding machine Mod. VAM RV 800,
complete with diamond wheel holder plate (excluding wheel), diam. Mm 420 with abrasive sectors, low voltage electrical system.

Automatic descent displayed electronically controlled, allows flattening cycles which include: roughing and finishing passes, flash hiding passes, head lifting at the end of the work cycle at the programmed starting point, recovery of wheel wear in sectors during a work cycle (we recommend the use of self-brightening sectors as the NC does not manage the diamond grinding of the wheel).
The descent of the wheelhead is interpolated with the revolutions of the table.

Quick for head up and down, automatic mast lubrication. 22.5 kw (HP 30) electrospindle, equipped with precision bearings with automatic play recovery.
INVERTER for grinding wheel electro-spindle speed adjustment, display of rpm and motor absorption ammeter.
The coolant is passed inside the grinding wheel spindle to ensure better cooling of the workpieces. The motor-holder column can be moved manually by loosening the bolts of the upright and acting by means of a wrench acting on a spiral screw; the allowed displacement allows to position the edge of the grinding wheel from the center of the surface backwards by 300 mm. The motor holder slide slides on square guides covered with twisting. The vertical movement of the wheelhead takes place by means of a DC motor. and precision ground P4 ball screw, with double preloaded nut.
All vertical movement is counterbalanced by chains, pulleys and mechanical counterweight.
The rotating base rotates on a twisted and scraped surface in cast iron, with oil bath lubrication. The rotation speed of the table is adjusted by means of an inverter and a potentiometer. The machine is equipped with bellows and cabin protections, E4461673 electro-permanent magnetic chuck TECNOMAGNETE iron / brass POLES FITTI diam. 800 mm with central drain (version for small / medium pieces with min. thickness 2 mm, see attached plan), lubricant-coolant containment tank, capacity about 400 liters and pump.

EXCLUDED FROM THE SUPPLY: customized programs, purifier, aspirator, which will be quantified on request. IMPORTANT: communicate the RAL color you prefer to have on the machine.
