It is a thermally insulated lightweight hall (built in 2008), whose hot-dip galvanized supporting structure and sandwich cladding together with various equipment can be reused.

DIMENSIONS according to construction documents:
Covered area: 375.00 square meters;
Width of the hall: 25.00 m AK wall;
Length of the hall: 15.00 m AK wall;
Frame spacing: 5.00 m MM frame supports;
Eaves height: 5.24 m at the intersection of roof and wall;
Ridge height: 7.30 m building height;
Purlin spacing: 2.50 m floor area / 2.54 m roof pitch;
Wall beam spacing: 2.50 m;
Roof pitch: 10 degrees, symmetrical gable roof;

LOAD ASSUMPTIONS:
Wind load: 0.59 kN/m2 (DIN 1055-4 March 2005).
Snow load: 1.25 kN/m2 (DIN 1055-5 July 2005).

STRUCTURE:
The primary structure consists of hot-rolled and hot-dip galvanized IPE solid profiles. Main frame columns/trusses (IPE 300 of grade S 355 J2 G3) with suspended drawstring (FL 80x20 of grade S 355 J2 G3). Gable trusses (IPE 300 of grade S 235 J2 G2) and gable supports (IPE 180 of grade S 235 J2 G2). Horizontal beam under gable triangle IPE 240, S 235 JR G2. The secondary structure to accommodate the building envelope consists of galvanized strip steel, cold-finished hollow sections of steel grade S 355 JR G3 for purlins PRO 120x60x4 K and S 235 JR G2 for wall beams inside and S 355 J2 G3 in the end panels, footbeams in the longitudinal wall QRO 60x3 K, S 235 JR G2. The longitudinal walls are bracing with full portal frames (IPE 240 of quality S 235 G2 for portal posts/studs and portal beams/beams) instead of cross beams. Roof bracing made of steel cables (16 mm diameter DIN 1480 with 1/2" shackles, M20 turnbuckles and eyelets).

FOUNDATION:
Dowel anchoring by means of WÜRTH composite anchors W-VD M16 or Fischer COMPUFIX FAZII 16/25 anchor bolts made of galvanized steel on reinforced strip foundations (concrete C 25/30) with edge reinforcement or on a floor slab at least 20 cm thick with edge and stirrup reinforcement (concrete C 30/37).

ROOF:
FischerTHERM DL 80 0.55/0.50 sandwich panel d = 120/80 mm, grey-white on roof purlins made of T4426000 cold-finished and galvanised lightweight profiles (RRK 120x60x4 K, S 355 J2 G3).

WALL:
FischerTHERM LL 80 0.55/0.50 sandwich panel d = 80 mm, grey-white on wall beams made of cold-finished and galvanised lightweight profiles (PRO 120x60x3 K).
