Slicer, automatic vertical sausage slicer, from the Austrian manufacturer of the highest quality S.A.M., model 371.8 I fb.

Made of stainless steel and anodized aluminum.

Ideal machine for slicing and automatic placement, placing the product in different formats: stacked (block), horizontal fan stacking, vertical fan stacking and round or plate type format.

It has different programs to configure, space between slices, units etc.

Equipment totally rebuilt, revised and guaranteed.

The S.A.M. is operated through the LCD screen by icons that are self-explanatory.

It is also possible to save or reuse defined cutting parameters using a 3-digit PLU. Includes blade sharpener.
