Laboratory Press EHSP125 - Demonstration Machine

Table press / electric spindle press with pressing pressure 20 KN (2 tons).

Press drive with screw jack, reduction ratio 1 : 12, spindle diameter 32 mm, pitch 6 mm, pressing surface approx. 100 100 mm, clear height and stroke approx. 300 mm.

Gear motor 0.37 KW, 1,390 rpm, 4-pole, with spur gear i = 1 : 5,

With reversible control, emergency stop and motor protection plug.

Sturdy steel press frame.
Base table made of high-quality aluminum profiles 4545 mm, table surface 600 600 mm, table top made of multiplex top.

The table press has 20 kN pressing pressure (dynamic load).

Typical applications are pressing work with exact delivery.
Suitable R4434068 for pressing bonding, embossing and impressions.

The screw jack has a twist protection so that the press plate does not have to be guided. The spindle is self-locking and thus maintains the pressing force for a longer period of time.
