Powered by a reliable FRONIUS TransPuls Synergic 4000 power source, the robotic welding station enables efficient MIG/MAG welding in all positions and ensures low operating costs.
The industrial robot located in the welding cell, thanks to its high repeatability of positioning and stability, is able to guarantee the highest quality and precision of welding. A robust body with a 1500 mm reach arm, combined with six high-speed axes, contributes to a significant reduction in production cycles.
The welding cell consists of: industrial robot: REIS RV 10-6 RSV, FRONIUS TransPuls Synergic 4000 welding source with a capacity of 400 A (50%), 365 A (60%), 320 A (100%), SRM 100 rotary table with a lifting capacity of 100 kg and dimensions of 1200 x 750 mm each, cooler, control cabinet, user manual in Polish and German.
