Nuovair SN550T2 Blast Freezer
The blast freezer comes directly from Miele and was only used a few
times in the test kitchen.
Multifunctional device for blast cooling and blast freezing,
drive-through, for connection to an external refrigeration system with
the refrigerant R744 (CO2)
Capacity of blast chilling (+90°C to +3°C): up to 550 kg of goods
with blast cooling time of 30 to 90 minutes
Capacity of blast freezing (+90°C to -18°C): up to 550 kg of goods
with blast freezing time of up to 240 minutes
(These times may vary by product, consistency, fill level and fill
weight. Boiling hot products can be added continuously without the
food in the appliance freezing or drying out)

Hint:
To be connected to an external refrigeration K4627004 unit with R-744
refrigerant. Supplied without shelf and tray trolleys as well as combi
steamer tray trolleys. Observe the specified minimum distance when
positioning the device and the external unit (see dimensional
drawing).
