The walls are made of double-skinned, powder-coated sheet steel filled
with mineral wool, equipped with 6 mm float glass. They offer a sound
insulation of approx. 25 dB at 1,000 Hz and are also partly equipped
with air slots for an air passage of 300 cubic meters/hour. The
surface is powder-coated.
The ceiling is a sheet steel cassette ceiling (distance DTR = approx.
1,018 mm) made of perforated cassettes, surface powder-coated, grid
625 x 625 mm, cassettes clamped, profile rails not visible. Thermal
and acoustic insulation by 35 mm mineral wool, highly compacted,
aluminium-laminated top. Underside with black anti-trickle protection.
Equipped with flush cleanroom recessed luminaires (sheet steel
cassette ceiling) 18 W, pitch 625 x 625 mm, type EBR418PS-ECG, with
electronic ballast and smooth prism cover on the room side, IP20. With
fluorescent tubes. The bulbs are replaced from the cleanroom side.
Illuminance approx. 500 LUX.
Color:
Surfaces, jambs, door frames and door leaves powder-coated in
A4462254 RAL 9002 grey-white; Base plates RAL 7016 anthracite grey,
disc clamping profiles silver, coffered ceiling in RAL 9010 pure
white.
The rooms are very well maintained and in an almost mint condition.
The rooms must be dismantled by the buyer himself in week 17 and the
removal must be organized. However, it is also possible to commission
a dismantling and assembly at the new location by the fitters of the
company Nerling. Drawings, plans and instructions for
assembly/disassembly can be provided.
