ACCORDING to order confirmation from the manufacturer
Description Exhaust air scrubbers for installation next to the exhaust or free installation for washing (absorption) of aggressive and toxic gases from the exhaust air directly at the point of origin. For cleaning, the exhaust air is passed through a spray mist, which is generated by a specially designed conveyor and spray wheel.
The purified exhaust air is passed through agglomerators and mist eliminators to prevent moisture from entering the exhaust air system.
Execution
1 housing made entirely of polyprophlen (PP), (see below for the overall dimensions of the device)
1 block flange DN 250 with 4 connections on the right, left and top sides
2 sealing covers to close the connections that are not needed
1 exhaust air nozzle with DIN 315 flange on the top of the housing
2 float switches min/max
1 conveyor - spray wheel with flange motor
2 inspection covers for dismantling the cutters
1 water inlet DN 10, suitable for demineralized water, consisting of:
Solenoid valve with sieve MW 0.16 mm and shut-off function
Flow rate regulator 210 rpm
1 overflow DN 32 made of PVC-U with hose nozzle,
1 drain DN 20 made of PVC - U with hose nozzle
1 drain solenoid valve DN 20 t4543930 made of PVC-U with adhesive nozzles, loosely enclosed, for on-site installation,
1 control box complete, incl. electronic control, integrated into exhaust air scrubber
1 control module for switching the scrubber on and off, with 5m cable
LED green and red to indicate the operating status
