The line consists of the machines sent in the previous messages:

1) KHS filling triblock filling machine 45-80-10 1998 (approx. 20,000 bph), control: SIEMENS S7-200

- washing KHS, Innoclean FR-EM 45 bottles

- KHS filler, Innofill EV 80

- capping machine ALCOA KUPI 10/540 (max. 25.000 bph)

2) labelling machine KRONES Contiroll 745 - 2000 (16.000 bph), control: S7-300 

3) PET BOTTLE BLOWING MACHINE - SIDEL SBO 16 - 1998 (16.000 bph)

4) packing machine with a tunnel - ZVT PSP 032 S, year 1998

5) device for controlling the level of liquid in bottles - METEC Promecon 2000

5) LANFRANCHI air conveyors with control cabinet (transport of PET bottles from SIDEL to KHS) 

6) a set of KHS Innoline plate conveyors - several dozen running I4457351 meters, bends, distributors

Used machines, serviced on an ongoing basis, for technical inspection before restarting. Currently dismantled and assembled in containers, ready for transport.

The line is prepared for reassembly - each element of the line is described with a unique number.
