Single screw degassing extruder CFE-699-A-04 for polymers manufactured by KELLER (USA) and KOBE STEEL (Japan) under a DUPONT license. The extruder has the following parameters: Overall dimensions of the extruder, taking into account the gearbox and motor - length 12 meters, width -2.5 meters, height -1.5 meters, the total diameter of the casing with a heating-cooling jacket is 950 mm, the diameter of the screw is 600 mm, screw length -7800 mm. The average screw speed is 22-25 rpm. The total weight of the extruder without spare parts is 40 tons. The working pressure in the casing is up to 300 bar, the working temperature of heating the melt is up to 300 degrees. The casing of the extruder is heated by high temperature oil supplied to it.
The average productivity of polymers is 50-100 tons per hour. The extruder is equipped with a parallel reducer of POWER-TECH INTERNATIONAL (FOOT-JONES) type 2503-HLE, an explosion-proof SIEMENS 355L 250 kW electric motor with forced cooling, and a magnetic coupling DYNAPAR 53Z. The extruder comes with a spare working screw and a full set of spare parts and automation. The extruder can be used for the following types of industries: 1.
