Fermenter V=200 L is a process device (steel) designed for the food industry. Enables:
- mixing and homogenization of food substances,
- heating/cooling (water), maintaining a constant temperature.
The device consists of:
• tank;
• removable top cover;
• anchor agitator with scrapers (drive power: 1.5 kW, max speed: 39 rpm, min speed: 3.9 rpm)
• homogenizing mixer (power: 7.5 kW, max speed: 5800 rpm, min speed: 1000 rpm
• two washing bowls connected by a collector with the tanks bypass;
• product temperature sensor;
• heating medium level sensor (water);
• two electric heaters;
• manual flap valves;
• bypass;
• a sight glass with a lighting lamp and a wiper;
• double mechanical seal (homogenizing mixer);
• inverters for all drives mounted in the control cabinet;
• installation supplying tap water to the mechanical seal;
• control E4461673 cabinet.
The tank is emptied through the drain connection (it is possible to connect other devices, including a filler - possible to sell together).

The tank is placed in a vertical position on three legs ended with wheel sets. Power supply voltage and frequency: 400 V, 3~, N, PE 50 Hz. Assumed service life: 10 years, of which in active use for approx. 500 h.
