This is a NEW blast chiller / blast freezer from the manufacturer
Irinox, type MF 100.1. This is a device for blast cooling/blast
freezing hot food or unprocessed foods. A sturdy stainless steel entry
ramp for the trolley. The system is an exhibit of a trade fair, still
unused. The external refrigeration unit UC100 is still in its original
packaging and is new. The cell may show minimal signs of use due to
transport.

- Strong +3°C: cycle with different temperatures, core temperature
sensor controlled, from a KT of 35°C constant with +1°C
- Blast freezing via 2 processes: Delicate -18°C: Blast freezing to a
KT of -18°C, cycle with 2 phases: 1st phase blast cooling from KT
90°C up to KT 25°C with +1°C in the interior, 2nd phase automatic
switching to blast freezing with up to -40°C interior temperature
- Strong: -18°C: shock freezing to a KT of -18°C, the interior
temperature reaches -40°C
- Clearly structured, generally understandable display, control via
self-explanatory pictograms or programs in plain text, programmable
- Sanigen: Air ionization, keeps the entire interior including
evaporators and fans germ-free
