Traysealer Ilpra model Food Pack Tank with vacuum pump Bush. As characteristics of the machine we highlight the following: automatic film collector, macula detector for printed film, new BUSCH vacuum pump of 63 m3, input feed belt for trays in automatic, Exit of the machine by dragging by chains to roller outlet, prepared to pack with protective atmosphere, with vacuum and only heat-sealed. Automatic traysealer, works at cycles of 2 trays and production capacity of 12 cycles per minute with heat sealing with vacuum and gas. The heat sealing machine performs a welding process from one thermoplastic to another thermoplastic or other compatible material, using heat and pressure.  It is used to make a protective atmosphere by extracting oxygen from inside the container and replacing it with an inert gas, or it only performs the sealing action and can also be sealed with vacuum. The machine is ready to plug in and work with.
