Technology for saturation in a liquid medium of cyanide salts, consisting of:
-SWQ 60/80/90 and - Salt bath for quenching and tempering
-STC 35/80- Electrode furnace for carburizing, hardening and annealing
-LSU 60/70- Salt bath for carburizing, hardening and annealing
In this technology, the surface layer of the materials is saturated with small amounts of nitrogen and carbon in a temperature range from 480 ° C to 630 ° C.
