This is an electric round cooking kettle from the premium manufacturer Electrolux/Therma, type PBON15EKEM (150 litres) from 2017. The appliance is suitable for cooking, steaming, poaching, stewing or simmering/simmering food. The boiler is equipped with a closed, non-refillable "electric steam heating system" (without replenishment from the water network). Heating is provided by an electric steam heater. Here the electrical energy is converted into steam, working pressure 1.5bar. The radiators are equipped with boil-dry protection. The heating capacity is divided into 4 heating levels with automatic transition from the boiling to the continuing cooking process by an energy-saving microprocessor control.
Equipped with the therma touch control for permanent, easy-to-read display of target and actual values such as temperature, working time and power levels. This is a pedestal installation without feet (but feet can be retrofitted on request).
The cooking kettle has been tested in our in-house specialist workshop and is fully functional.
