Manufacturer: a company from China, but the line has been adapted to European requirements.
Year of production 2020.
Tire pyrolysis efficiency from one ton of used tires = 45% by weight of heavy oil + approx. 33% of soot and approx. 10-12% of steel cord.
The pyrolysis cycle from loading to loading is about 24 hours to 36 hours. depending on workflow and peripheral devices.
If the tires are loaded in bulk, this reactor will fit about 16-18 tons. If E4461673 they are baled in the press, it will fit about 25-30 tons.
The line is assembled and has performed 18 test cycles. But because the business permit was not extended, it has not been working for a year.
