The machine is equipped with a Bytrans Cross automatic loading and unloading system.

Operating hours: Cutting approx. 16,000h
The laser source, the cutting head and the cooling unit have been completely renewed, and have been equipped with the current technology of 2021! These elements have been in operation for approx. 8,000 hours.
The machine is currently working in two shifts.

BASE MACHINE
The basic machine is the basis for the modular BySprint system and consists of the following parts:

- a laser source with corresponding laser control, as well as a closed cooling system.
- a closed machine frame with controlled sector extraction system
- a shuttle table system with exchangeable, pluggable and serrated steel grids
- a CNC cabinet with ByVision CNC control system
- 2KW fibre laser source YLS, laser power possibly extendable
- Small parts and cutting residues that fall through the grate in the cutting area are collected in roller containers
- Fume extraction incl. 200l disposal barrel
- Safety light barrier in the loading area
