BOTTENE – PASMEC moulding line for beads and planks, composed as follows:

Automatic loader PASMEC, year 2005 :
- PLC for work cycle programming
- arm with suction cup system and vacuum pump
- 1600mm useful stroke, brushless motor and prismatic guides
- side aligners + pneumatic introducer pusher

BOTTENE TARGET 606 moulder with 6 shafts, year 2017:
– useful working measures 230x150mm
– gimbal towing and differentiated pneumatic pressure
– variable feed speed 6 – 60 mt/min with inverter
– feed motor KW 7,5 – HP 10
– top feed wheel before the 1st shaft
– group of tandem feed wheels in front of the 2nd shaft
– overlapping feed wheels (top + bottom in the plane):
at machine entrance, before the 1st shaft
between the 4th and 5th tree
at machine output, after the 6th shaft
– short 1200mm entry plane
– lubrication pump
– protection cabin
– shafts D=50mm at 6000rpm
