Biosan chamber
The chamber was purchased in 2017, efficient, not used.
The UVC/T-M-AR is a chamber designed for clean work with DNA samples. The chamber provides protection against contamination. The UVC/T-M-AR model is a table-top model, made of a metal frame and a stainless steel work surface.

The chamber is equipped with an open UV lamp installed in the upper part of the chamber. UV radiation from an open lamp disinfects the working surface by deactivating DNA / RNA fragments within 15-30 minutes of exposure. A digital timer controls the exposure time. The white light lamp provides proper illumination of the work surface.

The chamber is equipped with a flow UV antibacterial lamp, which ensures continuous decontamination inside the chamber during operation. This lamp is recommended for working with DNA/RNA amplicons.

The UV recirculator contains a lamp, a fan and dust filters placed in a special housing, which makes the user working in the chamber protected against UV radiation. The recirculator increases the maximum density of UV light, making it effective enough to inactivate DNA/RNA. The UV recirculator processes 100 chamber volumes per hour, creating aseptic working conditions inside the chamber.
