Twin-screw extruder complete with gravimetric dispensers, water refrigeration system and bigbag weighing and filling system

Sale of production line consisting of:
• A BANDERA model 55LD42 twin-screw extruder;
• A dispenser called “KYARA” positioned upstream of the extruder, in the part closest to the
motor. The Kyara consists of four granule hoppers that mix up to four different
materials. The mix obtained is then managed by a single main dispenser (DOS 1) positioned
naturally also upstream of the twin-screw line. The charge of the four KYARA hoppers is
completely automatic and managed by a blower positioned on the ground. The latter is connected
with four lances which must each be inserted into a different bag of material that has been chosen
mix. The mixture proportions are set by an operator directly on the panel
control dedicated to the dispenser;
• A dispenser called (DOS 2) suitable for both granules and powder, with automatic loading
by means of a dedicated blower and placed in the same position as dispenser 1;
• An automatically loaded powder-only dispenser with blower positioned on top of the frame
(DOS 3). This dispenser is positioned in the section of the twin screw immediately following the
dispensers 1 and 2;
• A dispenser for powder only, loaded entirely manually by an operator (DOS 4)
positioned in the section of the twin screw closest to the head;
• All dispensers were supplied by E4461673 Epistolio Srl.
• No. 2 twin-screw dispensers positioned on the side part of the extruder used for using the
powder in the various mixtures. The twin screws are fed directly from dispensers 3 and 4 and can
work both at two different speeds;
• A dosing pump for liquids;
• A degassing system;
• A water cooling tank;
• Two cold air cooling and drying tunnels;
• A cutter;
• A vibrating screen;
• A hot air drying and drying system;
• A bigbag filling system with relative scale.
• A manually loaded mixer positioned separately from the line;
