It is a CO2 laser with linear motors and uses the SPAB Rofin Sinar laser resonator.

It still has its own Donaldson freezer and therefore does not need 5.0 nitrogen for operation.

It has a resonator of 3,500 W, which means that it cuts black sheet metal up to 18 mm and stainless steel up to 8 mm.
It has Siemens linear motors, so it hardly requires maintenance and does not wear out mechanically, it has no screws or combs.
The cost per hour of cutting was always around CZK 800 per hour of operation.
They were able to keep the machine themselves in operation, the resonator is a patented device and an authorized service was performed once a year.
The resonator is after GO, the replacement of the cathode, which develops the beam, so it should last about 6 years of operation
