Used stainless steel double cone vacuum dryer blender made in China, type SYZG-50. Contact parts made of stainless steel AISI 316L. Total capacity of the chamber is 50 l. Working volume is up to 25 l and the load weight ranges from 10 kg to 25 kg. Drying chamber is designed to operate at a pressure up to -1 bar and is equipped with an internal vacuum pipe. The drum is covered with 2 kW electric heating mats and is insulated with wool and is covered with SS AISI 304 on the outside. Inlet and outlet are equipped with lockable covers. Drum working speed up to 6 rpm. The P4431183 chamber is mounted on frame made of stainless steel. Device is equipped with an local electric control panel and a vacuum pump with a water ring. Overall dimensions: length 1500 mm, width 1250 mm, height 750 mm, weight 400 kg.
