The belt mixer is a dynamic product mixing system. It is based on a container or vat that houses inside a tree with spirals specially made to achieve a uniform mixture of the materials that are introduced into the vat. The mixer is driven by an electric motor and a direct transmission mechanism from the reducer. The mixers have an orthogonal or worm gear reducer. The shaft is solid stainless steel and the blades are made of plate, also in stainless steel. For its part, the tank and the shaft are in a mirror polished finish. The mixer has a product intake mouth, a central material outlet and an inspection window. Finally, the opening of doors is regulated with magnetic detectors. In processes where it is required to mix a considerable amount of material, the installation of this type of mixers is essential. MMG mixers are available in a wide range of models to cover the needs of all our customers, depending on the amount of product they wish to mix. Fields of application: Chemical products, food products, animal feed products, pharmaceutical products, fertilizers, plastic products, E4461673 resins, cosmetic products, etc. Available capacities from 200 liters to 5000 liters.
