Tailor-made reactor is sold for a failed R&D project with the following characteristics:
• Useful interior volume> 2 m3.
• Maximum working pressure of 16 bars.
• Maximum working temperature 150º C
• Industrial polished interior finish, with level weld beads to eliminate concentration points.
• External heat insulation of the reactor that minimizes losses in order to achieve the maximum thermal efficiency of the whole. 3.2 bar steam supply pressure with outlet for condensate at atmospheric pressure.
• Agitator for loading. It has a paddle stirrer with a turning speed of up to 100 rpm.
• The agitator with a double ceramic sealing system with its corresponding cooling.
• The design of the agitator blades and their placement ensure turbulence in 3D, with 3 levels of blades.
• 1 inlet for liquids from a pressurizable 40-liter integrated tank, intended for addictions during the work process.
• Valve for pressurization by compressed air or N2 and depressurization at the end of the cycle. Safety valve set at maximum pressure.
• Internal temperature and pressure probe. It has a pressure switch in the upper part to control the pressure during the process and another in the lower part to control the opening of the discharge valve. The temperature probe will serve to control the heating-cooling system.
• 3 ”diameter steam feed valves and 2” diameter water feed valves in the system E4461673 lagging.
• Automatic target temperature control system for both heating and cooling. Control PLC with visualization of the work parameters and the programmed cycle.
• Probe for tank filling level control.
• Discharge mouth, provided by a 4-5 ”valve.
• 2 Loading ports for solids.
• 1 loading mouth for large volumes of liquid.
• Ladder and work platform at the service height of the upper floor.
• It has a gas recirculation pump.
• Documentation of legalization of the installation according to the 2014/98 / EU standard in force.
• Corresponding CE marking.
