Recipienti di processo Produttore: DIESSEL Capacità: 195 litri Acciaio inossidabile, lucidato Vaso di agitazione mobile, senza pressione, con doppia camicia e in acciaio inox con coperchio incernierato, griglia di sicurezza sopra l'apertura del contenitore e l'uscita inferiore. Il serbatoio è montato su un telaio mobile con ruote girevoli (due delle quali hanno freni a stazionamento). L'agitatore disposto centralmente è azionato da una testa agitatrice VISCO JET certificata ATEX, azionata da un motore elettrico separato e resistente alle esplosioni. È controllato tramite un cabinet di controllo in acciaio inox con componenti Siemens e Eaton. Il sistema è adatto all'uso nell'area ATEX (vedi agitatore/motore di marcatura).
L'Unità DICAR Diesel 04 è un sistema di carbonazione per il processo professionale di produzione di bevande. Dotato di un convertitore di CO₂ DI-TRACO Tipo 4 (4–20 mA = 0–10 g/l CO₂) e di un controller PLC Siemens S7, il sistema consente una carbonatazione precisa e costante di bibite, acqua e prodotti contenenti frutta. Con collegamenti integrati per l'alimentazione di CO₂, il controllo dei processi e la pulizia opzionale CIP, l'Unità DICAR 04 garantisce un funzionamento igienico, sicuro ed efficiente. Le loro robuste capacità di progettazione e automazione li rendono una soluzione affidabile per le moderne linee di produzione di bevande.
