AMADA Jupiter Medium ADVANCED – automated welding cell for
micro-resistance welding of battery packs, designed as a closed booth
with light curtain, two camera systems and continuous process data
acquisition in an SQL database.
The component is fixed via the jig mount, and the welding positions
move to the motorized axes in a freely programmable manner.
Welding and camera inspection run in time, the process data ends up in
the SQL database and can be used via the label printer for component
identification.
The integrated system of the AWS3 series is used in automotive,
battery and electronics production.
