upstream container supply and downstream conveying, inspection,
labeling and secondary packaging machinery.The 100 g to 500 g format
capability supports product presentation changes through dedicated
change parts and format adjustments. This flexibility makes the
machine suitable for second hand production lines requiring filling

and functional. It has completed 15,000,000 cycles. Available

Performance & VersatilityThe Trepko gravimetric filler is intended for
accurate filling of products such as margarine, shortening, ketchup,
mayonnaise, peanut butter, liquid soap, liquid detergent, lotions,
liquid yogurt, juice and industrial lubricants. This broad application
scope supports food processing, beverage production, personal-care
filling and industrial product packaging.The three-head capper applies
plastic snap-on or press-on caps with a 127 mm cap size. The combined
filling and capping arrangement reduces intermediate handling between
dosing and closure application, helping maintain an efficient workflow
for PET, PP and HDPE container packaging.Installation Requirements &
Site PreparationInstallation planning should allow for the machine
dimensions, operator access, format-change activities and connection
to infeed and discharge conveyors. The site must provide a 3 x 400 V
AC + PE + N electrical supply at 60 Hz and compressed air at 6 bar.
Adequate utility routing and a stable installation area are required
to support reliable operation of the filling monoblock.Safety
