USED OBEDINENT ECCENTRIC PRESS
DESCRIPTION:
The frame and slide are constructed of cast steel, with dovetail
guides, with a base intended for oil recovery and equipped with
mechanical extractor.
For the protection of the press and dies. It has two compensating
cylinders, pneumatically driven, for balancing the slide and dies. The
connecting rod is built in alloy steel and long dimensioned.
The clutch-brake is electro-pneumatic actuated, equipped with a
double-body safety solenoid valve with cross-flows.
Lubrication is carried out by means of a centralised manual pump and
the pneumatic installation is equipped with a compensation tank,
filter-regulator-lubricator unit with a control pressure switch and
safety valve.
On the front of the press is the two-handed shot, with an emergency
stop button and a stop button in upper neutral.
