Used Linker 36-36-12 filling monoblockTechnical Specifications &
Performance DataThe Linker 36-36-12 filling and capping monoblock is
an industrial packaging machine designed for volumetric filling and
plastic screw-cap application. Manufactured in 2002, this unit
combines filling and capping functions in one compact bottling
equipment platform for efficient beverage production and low-viscosity
liquid handling.Production speed: 140 units/min based on 500 cc
presentations (8.400 units/hour based on 500ml) Filling valves:
36Capping heads: 12Compatible formats: 0.25L to 1.0L, with format
changeovers for additional presentationsContainer handling: PET, PP
and HDPE containers with plastic capsDimensions: 6000 mm length, 6000
mm width and 3600 mm heightWeight: 3500 kgAdvanced Automation &
Control SystemsThe monoblock is equipped with an Allen-Bradley
MicroLogix 1500 PLC and an Allen-Bradley PanelView Plus 600 HMI.
Control panels, instrumentation and operator-interface components
support coordinated operation of the filling and capping stations.
Fixed filling nozzles and a volumetric precision filling system
provide a consistent process arrangement for the configured product
range.The electrical supply requirement is 460 V AC, 3-phase, at 60
Hz, with stated power consumption of 6.4 kVA.Production Line
Integration CapabilitiesThis Filling and Capping Monoblock can operate
as the core process machine within a used bottling line, positioned
after container supply and rinsing operations and before downstream
labeling, inspection and secondary packaging machinery. It includes a
PACE 5286 bottle feeder/organizer to support orderly container
infeed. Its format range and changeover capability make the machine
suitable for production environments handling multiple 0.25L to 1.0L
container presentations. Compatibility with CIP cleaning systems
supports integration into industrial packaging installations where
hygienic product-contact cleaning procedures are required.Machine
Condition & Maintenance HistoryThe machine is in production. Manuals,
maintenance documentation and P&ID documentation are available,
supporting technical review, installation planning and ongoing
maintenance activities. The machine is configured as a second hand
filling monoblock with documented controls, instrumentation and
operating equipment.Operational Performance & VersatilityThe Linker
monoblock is configured for edible vegetable oil and is also
compatible with water, juice, CSD, vinegar and other low-viscosity
liquid products. Its 36-valve volumetric filler uses fixed nozzles,
while the integrated 12-head capper applies 28 mm plastic screw
caps. The machine has aseptic capability and is designed for PET, PP
and HDPE container handling. This flexibility supports beverage
production and food-liquid packaging applications requiring filling
and closure operations in a single machine platform.Installation
Requirements & Site PreparationInstallation planning should allow for
the machine footprint of 6000 mm by 6000 mm and an overall height of
3600 mm, as well as access space for operation, service and format
changeovers. The monoblock requires a 460 V AC, 3-phase, 60 Hz
electrical supplypressed air is required at 6–8 bar, with
approximate consumption of 400–700 NL/min. Integration with upstream
bottle feeding and downstream conveyor, labeling and packing equipment
should be assessed during line-layout planning.Safety Standards &
Compliance CertificationSafety features are fitted to the machine. The
available manuals, maintenance records, P&ID documentation, control
panels and instrumentation provide useful support for safe operation
and maintenance planning. The machine’s CIP compatibility and
aseptic capability are relevant for applications where hygienic
processing practices are required.
