Used Hugart DS 7500 packaging machine. New: 2009.
The Hugart DS 7500 is a rotary machine with all stations installed
around a rotary table equipped with 24 sockets. The machine operates
fully automatically and is designed for dosing and packaging a full
range of food processing industry products in plastic or aluminium
foil cups, sealed with an aluminium heat-sealable lid. The device has
a smooth adjustment of capacity from 3,500 to 7,500 packages per hour
and a dispenser from 0.05 to 0.15 l, or 0.10 to 0.5 l.
The equipment of the DS 7500 machine, designed for packaging dairy
products in containers (e.g. ø 95 mm), is suitable for automatic
packaging and sealing with aluminium heat-sealable plates.
