The granulating machine is suitable for dry pelletizing, screening,
crushing, wet pelletizing, granulating in sausage shape.
The granules produced are extremely regular. The grain size is
determined by the use of the appropriate sieves.
Construction:
The machine is powerfully built. The upper part is lined with
stainless steel. The motor and drive are installed in the lower part
and protected against the ingress of dust. The rotor and all parts
that come into contact with the material to be granulated are made of
stainless steel.
The bearing of the rotor is particularly strong. Due to a special
design and bearing mounted outside the machine, the penetration of
material and dust into it is excluded. The rotor can be removed easily
and quickly by pulling out the bearing head.
Drive:
The machine is driven by a three-phase motor 220/380 volts, 1 hp, via
a continuously variable gearbox. This adapts the speed of the rotor to
the material to be processed. This achieves the greatest possible
performance of the machine.
