Multifunctional, horizontal machine for cooking, melting, with a
vacuum system. This machine is suitable for: dispersing, mixing dips,
sauces, dressings, creams, processed cheese products, cream cheese
products, cream cheese, etc.!
Drum capacity 300 mmr., working temperature max. 105°C, working
pressure -1.0 to 1.0bar
This machine has previously worked in a processed cheese plant for the
production of processed cheese products
The machine is completely made of stainless steel, the base is made of
stainless steel, original by Stephan
New electronic control Siemens S7 - with display
Main motor frequency controlled 0-3000 rpm, 3 homogenization meters
